Welcome to Exactly Branding! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Exactly Branding specializes in custom branding, marketing, and creative services. Details of specific services will be outlined in individual project proposals or contracts.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full before production begins.

• Once payment is received and production has started, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed.

3. Intellectual Property

• All final deliverables are the intellectual property of Exactly Branding until payment is received in full.

• After full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

• Exactly Branding retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, social media, or other promotional materials unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely completion of projects, the client must:

• Provide all requested assets, materials, and feedback promptly.

• Ensure that any content provided does not infringe on third-party rights.

5. Revisions

• Projects include up to 2 revisions unless otherwise specified in the contract.

• Additional revisions will incur extra charges, as outlined in the project proposal.

6. Liability

• Exactly Branding is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse or misinterpretation of our deliverables.

• We strive to meet deadlines; however, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., client delays or technical issues) will not result in penalties.

7. Termination

• Exactly Branding reserves the right to terminate a project if the client breaches these terms or fails to provide necessary information or payment.

• No refunds will be issued for terminated projects once production has started.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or legal proceedings within this jurisdiction.
